🟢 LIMINAL GLITCHCORE WORKSHOP

1- PROPOSAL

Faced with the speculative, erratic and dysfunctional search of the being in times of collective dissociation and generative anxieties, the beauty of error will know how to tempt us in more than one way as an option at least transitory in the vision of each one who observes enough in the abyss of glitches and errors of the matrix. Aesthetic genres such as glitchcore, dreamcore and weirdcore share a certain look at error and sometimes horror. But above all towards the unknown, towards realities that seem to be broken or interfered and towards what disorients, challenges and reduces the being who observes his purest and sometimes more hidden and primitive nature. Errors that, from this workshop we intend to learn to observe, generate and enjoy within a digital space designed and optimized for its objectives.

The proposal consists of a series of 10 meetings during which we explore the mentioned genres, exchange ideas and techniques of digital creation of both image and video and even some audio. From the second half of the workshop we focus 100% on the realization of a final project carried out together entitled "liminal glitchcore", which will serve as a record of the activities carried out during the workshop and will be published and archived in digital gallery format on the website nikpepsi.art

The present workshop is open to participants from all over the world but it is limited to spanish and english speakers only. We will be using a system of live translation within the meetings to communicate between languages, so the participants can speak in their native language and understand easily between each other.
